HomeHavenWorks is a home improvement and maintenance company. Our technicians and contractors look after repairs, renovations, painting and exterior care, and installations such as interiors, doors and windows, security systems, solar panels, flooring, lawns, fire safety equipment and bathrooms.

Every project is handled by vetted professionals. A single coordinator manages the trades on your job, keeps you updated and is your point of contact from the first visit to handover.

Our office is open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm. Support on our maintenance plans varies: working hours on Basic, seven days a week on Standard and 24/7 on Premium.

Yes. We visit your home, take measurements, discuss what you want done and then give you a written quote. There is no obligation to go ahead.

It depends on the size and type of work. After the site visit, your written quote includes a timeline so you know what to expect before anything starts.

Yes. Many customers start with one room or one service and add more later. We plan the whole job first so each stage fits with the next.

Basic is Rs 249 a month (Rs 2,499 a year), Standard is Rs 499 a month (Rs 4,999 a year) and Premium is Rs 999 a month (Rs 9,999 a year). Paying yearly saves up to 17 percent compared with paying monthly.

Basic includes 2 service visits a year for minor plumbing and electrical repairs. Standard includes 4 visits, adds carpentry, a full home inspection with report and minor painting touch-ups. Premium includes monthly visits, all trades including AC service, priority booking with same-day response, emergency call-outs at no extra charge and a waterproofing and roof check before the monsoon.

Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST. Spare parts and materials are charged at actuals, with discounts on parts and extra visits depending on your plan: 10 percent on Basic, 15 percent on Standard and 20 percent on Premium.

Monthly plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime.

Basic suits flats and small homes that need occasional fixes, Standard suits families who want regular upkeep covered, and Premium suits larger homes that want full peace of mind. Not sure? Ask for a free home visit and we will recommend one.

Yes. We stand behind our work with a workmanship warranty and post-service support. We hand over your warranty details when the job is complete.

Our professionals are certified and insured, so the work is done safely and to code.

We cover furniture and floors, keep the work area tidy and clean up each day. When the job is finished we walk through it with you and fix anything that needs attention.
